BAC FORMS NEEDED (VERY IMPORTANT!)

Good Evening, Ayala BAC!

Band Camp #2 is set to begin tomorrow, Monday, June 26 at 9am, and there are still a few students who have not submitted their necessary paperwork from the forms packet that was distributed at the Mandatory Parent meeting last month.

If your student has not turned in their completed forms, they can do so on Monday morning before Band Camp #2 begins. THESE FORMS ARE NECESSARY FOR YOUR STUDENT TO PARTICIPATE IN THE FALL 2023-2024 SEASON (even if they are a returning student), so please make sure they turn them in!! There will be a small table near the band gate where they can turn in their paperwork.

For those who have already submitted their forms, thank you for your cooperation.

STUDENT FINANCES

Good Evening Everyone! I hope you have enjoyed your couple weeks off. As you should all know, tomorrow is the start of Band Camp #2. Make sure to dress in breathable and comfy clothes and prepare for the warm week we have ahead of us. I will be outside the band room tomorrow to collect monetary contributions and answer any questions you may have.  If you would prefer or do not have time to wait, you're more than welcome to drop a donation off in the donation box inside the band room.
 
We now have a new and exciting way to send in donations using ZELLE. If you would like to do that, please use the QR code below or you can use treasurer@ayalabac.org.
We still accept Venmo and you just need to type AyalaBAC in the Venmo app. It's that easy!  We even accept Cash, Checks, Credit Cards and PayPal.  There is a 3.5% service fee for Credit Cards and PayPal that is taken from your amount. FUNDRAISING

For this week's Band Camp #2, we have TWO more dine-in fundraisers. Please come and support Ayala by eating at either Panera Bread or Pieology on the following dates and times.

  1. Monday, June 26th: Panera Bread for 4 HOURS ONLY (4pm-8pm only)
  2. Thursday, June 29th: Pieology (11am-9pm only)
  3. Friday, June 30th: Pieology (11am-9pm only)

Please spread the word also and ask your friends and family to also come eat dinner/lunch on these dates. You can use the following images to help spread the word.
